The 2026 Caregiver Connect Walk & Celebration brought caregivers, clients, families, friends, and community supporters together at Charlestown Township Park in Phoenixville on October 10 for a day of appreciation and connection.
Participants walked a trail lined with heartfelt tribute signs honoring caregivers. Community organizations shared information and resources, while an activity center offered hairstyling, face glitter, pins, and stickers. Food, refreshments, and flowers to take home added thoughtful touches throughout the day.
This year’s event T-shirts featured a design by Evangeline Kennedy, winner of a contest held by the Chester County Chamber Foundation’s Youth Leadership Program. The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia provided caregiver gift bags and a special giveaway, won by Laura Martin.
