ADAPTIVE FITNESS

Training Built Around You.

Adaptive fitness starts with the person — not a standard workout.

At Fighting Back, our specially trained fitness professionals adapt exercises, equipment and training approaches around each participant’s abilities, challenges and goals. The result is training that is personal, purposeful and designed to help you keep moving forward.
